I'm pleased to announce that I'll be conducting a special “Meal Prep” class, an interactive demonstration on how to prepare five dinners for the week ahead of time, on Saturday, August 12th from 2pm – 4pm.  In this class you’ll get hands on experience making these dinners to take home, as well as the ability to tailor these meals to meet the needs of your household.

Sunday Prep School

Just in time for summer is the next installment of my “Sunday Prep School” class, an interactive demonstration on how to prepare five dinners for the week ahead of time, which will be held at Normandy Perk on Sunday, July 16th from 2pm – 4pm. In this class you’ll get hands on experience making these dinners to take home, as well as the ability to tailor these meals to meet the needs of your household.  This time around has a revamped meal plan with three brand new recipes to accompany two classics, so whether you’re a returning client or a newbie you’ll certainly be satisfied.

Forget boring old celery sticks and carrots, this class will teach you how to make finger foods that are far tastier and appealing than your typical health snack.  Similar to my “meal prep” classes, this is an interactive demonstration where you’ll get hands on experience making healthy snacks yourself that will not only tame those sugar and salt cravings, but save you time as well as money.  Plenty of family friendly snacks will be presented, such as my “morning fuel bites” which are packed with protein and can take form in many different variations.  The best part of this class is all of the ingredients will be provided, and better yet, you’ll go home with a week’s worth of healthy snacks to enjoy.

Back to School - "Movement and Nutrition Challenge"

Are you needing some extra motivation?  Confused about different nutritional advice found online?   Do you need someone to hold you accountable?  Would you like some tips on weight loss?  Do you need some movement in your life?  If you answered YES to any of these questions then this is the group for you! 

I'll be conducting 16 "movement and nutrition" group sessions held over eight weeks at the Westfield Southcenter Mall in Tukwila that will get you on track to a healthier more balanced life.  We'll meet at the entrance where the Nordstrom E-bar is located, lower level 1, across from Lululemon Athletica.

Classes will be held every Thursday at 9:30am, beginning Sept 8th, and every Saturday at 9:00am, beginning Sept 10th, running for eight weeks and finishing Nov. 5th.

I'm pleased to offer my group services at a lower price that fits into your busy schedule by allowing you to choose à la carte.  Whether you would like to participate in one or two sessions or all 16 sessions, you'll find a price package that works your budget.
