Do you dread the daily "what's for dinner tonight" question?  Come join me at Pier View Chiropractic for an interactive demonstration on how to prepare five meals for the week.  There are several great reasons to start preparing meals ahead of time, including making healthier choices, in addition to saving money as well as time.  This class with leave you empowered with the knowledge on how to prep five healthy and delicious meals ready to go for the week.  The best part is you'll have these meals to take home with you since all of the ingredients will be provided.  I ask that you bring the following items:

  • Mixing bowl
  • Mixing spoon
  • Measuring cups
  • Cutting board
  • Sharp knife
