The third installment of my “Meal Prep” class at Normandy Perk, an interactive demonstration on how to prepare five dinners for the week ahead of time, will be held Saturday, Jan 21 from 3pm – 5pm. All attendees will be responsible for the "protein" grocery shopping, and the rest will be provided by me - Organic vegetables, oils, garlic, spices, and clean up supplies. Additional fees may apply for households with 3 or more individuals, please confirm with me during registration. Included in your ticket price is one complimentary beverage of your choice provided by Normandy Perk Coffee.
