Back by popular demand is the next installment of my “Meal Prep” class, an interactive demonstration on how to prepare five dinners for the week ahead of time. In this class you’ll get hands on experience making these dinners to take home and the ability to tailor these meals to meet the needs of your household. All attendees will be responsible for the "protein" grocery shopping, and the rest will be provided by me - Organic vegetables, oils, garlic, spices, and clean up supplies.
Since the grocery shopping list will be set for a “one person serving” ratio, which allows you to adjust to the number of people in your household if you choose, you’ll need to confirm during registration how many people you are preparing for.
