Just in time for summer is the next installment of my “Sunday Prep School” class, an interactive demonstration on how to prepare five dinners for the week ahead of time, which will be held at Normandy Perk on Sunday, July 16th from 2pm – 4pm. In this class you’ll get hands on experience making these dinners to take home, as well as the ability to tailor these meals to meet the needs of your household. This time around has a revamped meal plan with three brand new recipes to accompany two classics, so whether you’re a returning client or a newbie you’ll certainly be satisfied.
All attendees will be responsible for the "protein" grocery shopping, and the rest will be provided by me - Organic vegetables, oils, garlic, spices, and clean up supplies. Additional fees may apply for households with 3 or more individuals. Included in your ticket price is one complimentary beverage of your choice provided by Normandy Perk Coffee.
